Your order is expected to ship in 1-7 business days by UPS or USPS whichever best suits your location. Exceptions to this time frame as follows:
Lead time for mattresses are 2 weeks for Savvy Rest. Dapwood bed frames and furniture ship in about 2-3 weeks. If you are purchasing a mattress or bedroom furniture please choose the "Request for Quote" option in lieu of providing your credit card at checkout. We will then inform you of your lead time. We will not charge your credit card until shipping terms are agreed upon.
All "clearance" items, socks and underwear are non-returnable. All returned items are for store credit only. *Any product found to be defective, will be replaced.
All returns must be within 14 days of receipt, accompanied with original sales receipt and product tags attached. Return merchandise must be in the original packaging, in new, sell-able condition, meaning, in tact, unworn, unused, unwashed. As a small family business, we thank you for your consideration in this matter.
If free shipping applies to your original order and it is returned for store credit, the store credit issued will be minus our initial shipping costs. If being exchanged, shipping will be applied to the replaced item(s). Customer responsible for return shipping.
*We are a representative for many different manufacturers who stand behind their products. Any product that is deemed defective by the specific manufacturer and/or Just Living and will be replaced.
ALL sales final on mattresses, bed frames, furniture & bedding. (Ask about our comfort exchange for Savvy Rest mattresses.) Bedding refers to pillows, pads, comforters, toppers, blankets. Sheets, duvet covers and the like are negotiable if returned unopened, unused, not washed, in original saleable condition. All deposits are non-refundable. If it's not on this list, Just Living reserves the right to determine what is considered non returnable bedding on this site.)
Our bedding policy is strict because after bedding or a mattress is in someone's home, it is considered used and we or our manufacturers cannot resell them. We also want our customers to feel secure in knowing that their high quality bedding products are brand new. Thank you for your understanding.
*Shipping Policy - We reserve the right to use UPS or USPS based on the shipping cost. Customer is responsible for shipping costs of any returned items, and any potential damage that might occur in that shipment coming back to us. If damaged upon receipt to customer, it's necessary to take pictures of the box and the contents and contact us within 24 hours of receipt.
All shipping charges upon checkout are for Continental U.S. only. Outside U.S., Alaska and Hawaii may cost more than the shipping price you see online. We will supply you with a shipping quote for your approval before items are shipped. Some restrictions may apply.
**UPS signature required is a $3.50 extra charge and can be opted for when ordering Fire and Light. However, please ask us if you'd like signature required on any other items. UPS might not take responsibility for any stolen packages that are left without a signature. We will however file a claim and follow up on any lost or stolen items regardless, just no guarantees. Theft is unusual so, it just depends on your comfort level in your own neighborhood.
***Please note mattresses and bed frames offer curbside shipping, unless indoor or white glove delivery is requested for an extra charge. If common carrier or UPS signature required deliveries are damaged, it must be noted when received, so take time to inspect each package for damage such as tears, holes, or crush marks EVEN IF THE DRIVER IS IN A HURRY. If there is any damage, simply note the word "damaged" where he asks you to sign your name, and we will take care of the rest, including replacing damaged pieces and all associated charges, as QUICKLY as possible.)
