Payment in full required before delivery. All deposits are non-refundable. ALL sales final on mattresses, bedframes, furniture & bedding. No refunds or *exchanges. (*Ask us about replacement of latex layers by Savvy Rest, and Natural Sense Organic mattresses.) Our bedding policy is strict because after bedding or a mattress is in someone's home, it is considered used and we or our manufacturers cannot resell used mattresses and bedding. Natural products can't be chemically disinfected in order to re-sell because they are chemical free to begin with. We also want our customers to feel secure in knowing that their new bedding hasn't previously been in someone else's home. Thank you for your understanding. *Please note prices and special offers are subject to change without notice. ALL sales final on bedframes and furniture as all of our furniture is made to order. No refunds or exchanges. Manufacturing or material defects are covered by "Natura World", "Savvy Rest", "Natural Sense" & "Pacific Rim Woodworking" "Ramblin Wood" warranties. If Just Living and our vendor agree to cancel an order before it is shipped, there will be 25%-35% restocking fees, depending on vendor policy. The balance will be store credit only. No exceptions.
For our other products, store credit only. All returns must be within 14 days of receipt, accompanied with original sales receipt and product tags attached. Return merchandise must be in new, saleable condition and include the original packaging, ie, unworn, unused, unwashed. As a small family business, we thank you for your consideration in this matter.
*Shipping Policy - all shipping charges upon checkout are for Continental U.S. only. Outside U.S., Alaska and Hawaii may cost more than the shipping price you see online. **Please note we quote curbside shipping unless indoor or white glove delivery is requested which will cost more. Your packages must be inspected upon delivery. If damaged, it must be noted when received, so take time to inspect each package for damage such as tears, holes, or crush marks EVEN IF THE DRIVER IS IN A HURRY. If there is any damage, simply note the word "damaged" where he asks you to sign your name, and we will take care of the rest, including replacing damaged pieces and all associated charges, QUICKLY.)
