Payment in full required before delivery. All deposits are non-refundable. All "on sale" items are non-returnable. Non Mattress and Bedding products store credit only (with the exception of underwear which is not returnable). All returns must be within 14 days of receipt, accompanied with original sales receipt and product tags attached. Return merchandise must be in the original packaging, in new, saleable condition, ie, in tact, unworn, unused, unwashed. As a small family business, we thank you for your consideration in this matter.
Mattresses and Bedding, etc. ALL sales final on mattresses, bed frames, furniture & bedding (bedding refers to pillows, pads, comforters, toppers, sheets, duvet covers, blankets, etc. If it's not on this list, Just Living reserves the right to determine what is considered bedding on this site.) (*Ask us about replacement of latex layers for our Savvy Rest mattresses.) Our bedding policy is strict because after bedding or a mattress is in someone's home, it is considered used and we or our manufacturers cannot resell used mattresses and bedding. Natural products can't be chemically disinfected in order to re-sell because they are chemical free to begin with. We also want our customers to feel secure in knowing that their new bedding hasn't previously been in someone else's home. Thank you for your understanding.

*Please note prices and special offers are subject to change without notice. Bed frames and Furniture ALL sales final on bed frames and furniture as all of our furniture is made to order. No refunds or exchanges. Manufacturing or material defects are covered by our manufacturers as mentioned here, but not limited to these manufacturers "Natura World", "Savvy Rest", "Natural Sense" & "Pacific Rim Woodworking" "Dapwood" warranties. Once your order is charged on your credit card, if Just Living and our vendor agree to cancel an order before it is built or shipped, there will be 5%-35% cancellation and/or restocking fee, depending on vendor policy and how long after the order was placed before cancellation.
*Shipping Policy - Customer is responsible for shipping costs of any returned items, and any potential damage that might occur in that shipment coming back to us. If damaged upon receipt to customer, it's necessary to take pictures of the box and the contents and contact us within 24 hours of receipt. All shipping charges upon checkout are for Continental U.S. only. Outside U.S., Alaska and Hawaii may cost more than the shipping price you see online. *Free shipping is limited to continental U.S. Reduced shipping elsewhere if not on item is not sale. Some restrictions may apply.
**UPS signature required is a $3.50 extra charge and can be opted for at checkout. UPS might not take responsibility for any stolen packages that are left without a signature. We will however file a claim and follow up on any lost or stolen items regardless, just no guarantees. Theft is unusual so, it just depends on your comfort level in your neighborhood.
***Please note we quote curbside shipping unless indoor or white glove delivery is requested which will cost more. Your packages must be inspected upon delivery. If damaged, it must be noted when received, so take time to inspect each package for damage such as tears, holes, or crush marks EVEN IF THE DRIVER IS IN A HURRY. If there is any damage, simply note the word "damaged" where he asks you to sign your name, and we will take care of the rest, including replacing damaged pieces and all associated charges, as QUICKLY as possible.)
