Our Eco Coil, 660 coil count organic cotton and wool innerspring mattress has layers combed organic cotton batting covered with Sateen Damask organic cotton with 100% organically processed wool quilted into the cover. This mattress is reversible or flipable, with edge supports.

This mattress goes on a Wood Foundation. Handmade in the Amish community - Solid wood - surrounded by organic cotton, quilted with organically processed wool filling.
